Celebrated New Year's Eve here and it was an overall pleasant experience. the complimentary shuttle service to the nearby shopping mall and the New Year's Eve party with free-flowing drinks were nice touches. the hotel's location is convenient as it is near the city center and local restaurants. the rooftop pool and bar area was a great spot to relax and enjoy the views of the city.

We had a great time at the hotel. Best aspects were the strategic location in the city center, comfortable bed and linen, and the delicious breakfast buffet. We also enjoyed the semi indoor rooftop pool and bar concept.

Had a fantastic Easter break at this hotel, the widespread breakfast and the friendly staffs were simply on point. Not to mention the cozy bed and the scent that made me feel at home. Loved the complementary Wi-Fi and parking services, definitely a plus. Plus, the hotel is situated in an ideal location, close to the attractions I wanted to see and within walking distance of the mall.
Even though everything was great, the room cleaning could have been better. It was quite unfortunate to walk past dirty dishes in the hallways, not forgetting the lack of pressing facilities that took up a lot of my time.

This hotel is a luxury venue in a great location. the exclusive amenities were exceptional and fulfilled my needs. the indoor swimming pool, spa centre and pool with views were fantastic and exceeded my expectations.
The only minor issue was that the service could be improved. the staff seemed unexperienced and did not provide a warm welcome.

My stay at Excelton was absolutely delightful. The spacious room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was extensive and the croissants were simply divine. The rooftop pool and bar had a great ambiance. I highly recommend this hotel.
